New York City, USA

New York City, The Big Apple, is just a fabulous fun city to visit, and truly has something for everyone. In fact, it doesn't just have something, it has many somethings. For example, if you are into art (as I am), you;ve got the huge Metropolitan Museum Of Art, the Museum of Modern Modern Art (MOMA), the Frick, the Gugenheim, etc. It has the King Kong iconic Empire State Building, the Statue Of Liberty, the massive Central park, Wall Street and the financial district, the best shops, the best restaurants. What's even better is it is generally safe and not too large, so you can walk most places. The taxis are plentiful, fast, and not too expensive. The subway system goes everywhere. New York is the kind of city you want to visit again and again.

My Youtube Videos - New York City Empire State Building and View From Top Of The Rock

My Top 5 Memories Of New York City

1. View From Empire State Building - spectacular panoramic view of Manhatten. Go early to avoid the equally famous line-ups.

2. Times Square - a sparkling neon section of New York, next to the Theater District.

3. MOMA - the Museum OF Modern Art has a small, focused collection of the best modern art in the world, including my favourite painting, Vincent Van Gogh The Starry Night.

4. View From Top Of The Rock - the best thing about the view from the Rockefeller Plaza is that you can see the Emopire State Building. The second best thing is that the line-ups are small.

5. Fifth Avenue - oh, to window shop at some of the finest shops in the world.
